AC Origins Good Things Come Papyrus Puzzle Walkthrough
Good Things Come is a new papyrus puzzle in Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Hidden Ones. You’ll find both the riddle and the treasure in the Arsinoe Nome area. The riddle mentions an obelisk whose shadow tells time, and it can be a bit tricky. If you got stuck here, you’ll be happy to hear that our guide will show you how to solve the AC Origins Good Things Come papyrus puzzle.
Temple of Thoth Papyrus Location
Go to the Temple of Thoth, in the eastern part of the town of Arsinoe. There’s a giant tree in the middle of the temple courtyard, a behemoth several hundreds of years old. Go around it until you find a small shrine by the roots, on the southeastern side. Once you’re there, turn around and walk into the temple. You’ll see some papyrus shelves on the right. Climb on top of the lower one, and you’ll find your scroll there.
Good Things Come Riddle Solution
Description: In Arsinoe, an obelisk tells time. His midday shadow points to me, where starfish lay.
There’s a vast square in the north of Arsinoe, with a big black obelisk in the middle of it. Now comes the tricky part – you can’t really know when midday is. We’ve messed about until we found the right solution, which is to wait until the shadow is pointing through the northern gate. Follow the road through the gate, past the flower beds and to the shore. Once you’re there, you’ll find the loot in the water, by the coast.
How could it be anymore obvious that the middle line in front of the obelisk is midday!?
