They tend to fail, if you do not get close to them fast enough. I have had problem with one of them just like you, but after couple of missions I have returned and it was there. Have you completed all main missions?
hi i have a problem getting the final assasination contract in kingston. it wont appear and i have found everything else in kingston. im worried that it might never appear.
also does an assasination stop showing if you take a very long time completing it i.e ignoring it
