   i went right for the chest shown in the pic, and I got “The Blue Hole” and then it pops up saying Elite Cannons now available through upgrade… I did not open anything else

   I got the elite set of cannons after i collected all the animus fragments and opened all the chests on that map. I repeat, I opened all the chests, AND collected the animus fragments. This process has worked at each sunken ship so far. But it could be that i am just trying to get the 100% completion, and not run through the game and get the best things.
