Sunshot, Riskrunner, Sweet Business - Destiny 2 Beta Exotic Locations
Destiny 2 exotic weapons are the best the game can offer. You can recognize them by the yellow background. Since they’re the strongest, most desirable weapons in the game, they’re also the hardest to get. You can sometimes get them as drops during missions, but there’s a lot of luck involved there. If you want a surefire way to get an exotic, be prepared to raid, or complete an intricate chain of quests. In this guide, we’re going to show you all Destiny 2 beta exotic weapon locations, to help you get Sunshot, Riskrunner, Sweet Business, Dubious Volley and others.
Sunshot
Description: Sunshot is an exotic handcannon. It does solar damage and fires explosive bullets. Targets killed with it also explode in a burst of solar energy. It has 200 attack, shoots out 150 round per minute and can fit 8 bullets in the magazine.
Location: Obtained automatically when you start the beta as a Hunter.
Riskrunner
Description: Riskrunner is a submachinegun that does arc damage. It has 200 attack and a perk called Arc Coductor, which increases its power when you take arc damage. When it’s active, you’ll also have a chance of shooting a chain lighting, which returns ammo. There are 40 bullets in its magazine, and it can shoot up to 750 rounds per minute.
Location: Warlock’s get it automatically at the beginning.
Sweet Business
Description: This exotic auto rifle has 200 attack, and it seems it’s built for pray-and-spray gameplay. It has a large mag (90 bullets) and increased hip fire accuracy. It can shoot 360 bullets per miunute, but the longer you hold the trigger, the higher its range and rate of fire become. It also allows you to instantly reload by snatching ammo pickups.
Location: If you pick Titan in the beta, you’ll get it at the start.
Cold Heart
Description: Not much is known about Cold Heart at this point, beside the fact it’s a fusion rifle. It’s also purple, and developed by Omolon.
Location: ???
Dubious Volley
Description: This one is kind of famous – info about it was found in the databases of the first game, but it never made an appearance there. It’s coming to Destiny 2, though, and it’s going to be an exotic rocket launcher. It will give you the ability to shoot out a barrage of rockets.
Location: ???
Borealis
Description: Borealis is an exotic sniper rifle which is, sadly, a Playstation exclusive. It allows its user to switch damage types (arc, void or solar) on the fly.
Location: ???
