Two PS Plus games for June leaked on Turkish Playstation twitter
While we are still waiting on official confirmation, someone at the official Playstation Turkey had a twitchy twitter finger. The picture was pulled after realizing that it was a bit early for official announcement, but a Turkish gaming site managed to take the screenshot before that.
As it looks now, the top free games for next months PS Plus users are Killing Floor 2 and Life is Strange, which is probably a little better than last month, which saw the twinstick shooter Alienation and Tales from Borderlands as its main attention drawers.
Killing Floor 2 is a first person shooter which can be played as a singleplayer or co-op with up to six people. The game officially came out in November 2016 for Windows and Playstation 4. The story revolves around the events following Killing Floor, which saw the outbreak of a virus turning people into Zeds (yup, zombie-like creatures). The actual gameplay consists of players taking on waves of enemies, which increase in number and difficulty, up until the last wave, introducing a boss. The game also has a PvP where one player can play as a Zed.
The other game, Life is Strange, is a sleeper hit from 2015, developed by Dontnod and published by Square Enix. The game came out in episodes, which suited its story well. The gameplay requires time manipulation from the player to be able to figure out the puzzles and make progress through the game. Your decisions affect the final outcome of the game, so it might be interesting for more than one playthrough. The game was praised for its characters and story, but also criticized for the slang that the protagonists used.
All in all, it is a nice package and the little extra that will be included for Sony’s other consoles, PS3 and PSVita would be interesting to see as well. We’ll keep you posted once the official news is allowed to get out.
