Persona 5 DLC Live on PlayStation Store, New Costumes & Stickers
Persona 5 has some new DLC on the PlayStation store. A lot of the stuff available is cosmetic, including various different costumes. Some of the outfits are even from previous Shin Megami Tensei games. However, some of the stuff you can pick up can and will affect the game, giving you a bit of an edge in the game.
Persona 5 came out in Japan back in September 2016 for both PlayStation 3 and 4. A few weeks ago, it finally came out in the West, to absolute adoration from audiences and critics alike (and corresponding sales), with many declaring it to be one of the best RPG games ever made. Now, there’s a bunch of different DLCs for Persona 5 on the PlayStation Store. The downloadable content is mostly cosmetic, including various costumes and stickers. Some of it, however, does impact the game in more substantial ways. Most of the DLC costs about two or three bucks apiece.
Izanagi, Izanagi Picaro, Orpheus, and Orpheus Picaro are all personas that you can now buy and summon them for free in the Velvet Room after you’ve redeemed them. Keep in mind, though, that the free thing is only for the first summon. You’ll have to pay the appropriate fee afterwards.
As for the costumes, some of them are actually from previous Shin Megami Tensei games, including older Personas (Persona 1 and 2, specifically) and Shin Megami Tensei If. As for the other stuff available, you can get different stickers, some of them even for free (as of writing the article).
Persona 5 is an RPG/social simulation game which launched outside of Japan on April 4th, 2017. In it, you control a high school student that heads a group of vigilantes that are fighting corruption and crime in Tokyo. You can get the game for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
