Ok so you are missing some Lynel locations and also the people saying that the enemies change color/difficulty are wrong, I am playing normal mode and all my enemies are the same and I have completed the divine beasts, got the Master Cycle, and “defeated” Ganon.
Lynels R EZ fights as long as u know how to bakflip and u have a decent sheild

when dey charge head on if u parry dem it knocks them bak and lets u get good hits on them
when dey start roaring run
and wear barb armour cuz dey mostky 1 tap u anyway
Missing the one on the east side of lake Kilsie in the Hebra region. If you hug the edge of the map on the left side you’ll find it. Your also missing the one at the base of mt lanayru next to the lanayru road East gate. Then there’s the one north of there at tarm point next to some ruins south of lodrum headland.
Hey drew, the red ones don’t drop guts, only the black and silver ones I think, you can check what creature drops what by taking a picture of it using the camera mode on your sheika slate then looking at it in your album, this will show you who drops what
Most of the lynel locations like the colosseum are random. But the ones by zora’s domain is always red for new people. Don’t be afraid to fight lynels. once you master the flurry rushes, its almost too simple. Statis is a great way to kill him in less that an minute. This map doesn’t show perfectly everything and we can’t tell if its a silver or white lynel. Don’t mind my spelling
Map is missing red onploymus mountain, one silver at Tarm Point, one silver past Lanatry Road – East Gate, one silver left of Riola Spring and one white, always with flame sword in Coliseum Ruins. To give credit, I need to confirm some of the marked locations for lynels.
If you have the divine beast special attack (hold down Y) I recommend using that as much as possible, it will significantly lower his health.. Use that along with the flurry attack. And also when you get the chance, when you’ve run out of divine beast Y-attack, press and hold Y button when you’re close to him to release a series of attacks on him. Be aware that he’ll be able to hit you as you’re standing next to him. This attack also lower his health a lot and fast.
They get harder over time. The game will start replacing easier lynels with harder ones, the white haired zebra type. Which is great because they drop better weapons!
i beleive that lyenls change there coller by how many times you beat them like if i beat a red lynel and then a bloodmoon came then it would respawn as a blue one that was from the little cut seen out of when zelda tells you how a bloodmoon works. I also had killed a white lyenl and finished killing all the other monsters in the coloseiam (all of the other monsters where black) and the white lynel turned silver so i really dont know if it works on all of the lynels or if its just the one in the collosiem. i do know that all the reaguler monsters. Sombody tell me if im wrong please
The colors of all Lynels change depending on your game progress, as far as I know. If that’s really the case, maybe they just put the color there that the Lynels have at the very beginning.
All enemies become tougher depending on how many enemies u kill. Every enemy has an amount that adds to ur level. Their are ten levels I think btw…for example master khoga is worth 40 points which when deffeated would add 40 points to ur total. Therefore if u had killed no enemies yet excluding him…u would most likely progress to blue bokoblins and ocasionaly blue moblins…. The only area in the game based on story progression is the colliseum. For example, after freeing 2 divine beasts the enemies on the top floors will all be black versions that have knight class weapons such as knight broadsword and the knight shield, the lynel will be a blue variant…after 3 divine beasts the enemies hold royal class weapons and the lynel is white-maned…after 4 divine beasts the enemies will hold elemental weapons and the lynel will be silver and have a flameblade equipped. Theirs more in depth description of this “leveling” in a Reddit…just look up how the enemies scale in zelda botw and it should show up.
i beat every divine beast and killed ganon 20 times and killed them 50times each there are still 5 whites as in white not silver and occasionally the silvers have mighty lynel weapons for those of you who dont know those are stage 2 it goes lynel mighty lynel savage lynel all super easy especially when you have full inventory savage lynel crushers except for one savage lynel sword not counting the master sword for bows full inventory 5 shot savage lynel bows and full inventory savage lynel shield

There is a side quest called Lynel Safari which you get in Zora’s Domain. In order to complete Vah Ruta, you have to get at least 20 shock arrows. Prince Sidon recommends going to Ploymus Mountain to farm some shock arrows, as the Lynel likes shooting them and leaves them. On your way there, you run into (if you’re social with the NPCs here) Laflat who asks you to take a picture of a Lynel and show her. Two birds. One stone. Just remember to take a picture of him before you kill him, or you’ll have to find another one .-. Keep in mind, he may not be gone forever. Blood Moon on the rise, you never know.
Faith, that is true. the first time I played the game I did not go in blind, so I knew that I wanted to get all of the Zora armor and do vah ruta first. but I was so eager that I went straight past the camera and did not get it.
Perhaps a patch made him not vanish anymore? I wonder if early versions that one vanished. I swear a music update made Guardian songs longer where it just did repetitive notes over and over before then an update happen almost right away to a full song.
That’s what I thought too but it turns out it doesn’t and I went up there and it sadly doesn’t scale so it the same ordinary redmaned lynel and I literally 3 shot it with my bomb arrows lmao

There are two lynels between the trench between hebra and Central Hyrule. I believe they are both silver maned.
they start red with a savage lynel bow and lynel crusher(non savage)and a savage lynel spear and a lynel bow (non savage)
There are also 2 in the trial of the sword, but you can’t keep their weapons 🙁

Or give ’em a headshot, they drop to their knees, then you can ride on their backs, and all attacks on their back do 0 durability to the weapon.
I got a savage Lynel crusher that did 96 damage and it has one hit left in it so I use it on the back of those golden Lynel. Yes I play master mode
there’s one in the clearing north of Purifier Lake, it was red for me.
I think your missing one in the snowfield before mount Lanayru and the spring of wisdom, in the west Necluda snowfield

I went to a lot of these locations but the colors don’t match up. It seems like some are either random or they got mixed up by accident here.

You are missing the Lynel next to Zora Domain on Ploymus Mountain.
The reason it’s not on the map is that after you beat vah ruta it disapears.

I went to a lynel location in the Faron region and found a hinox instead
It’s actually one cliff higher. I literally just beat that one
the faron lynel is above the hynox but it’s really annoying

Fun Fact: The Ploymus Mountain lynel is the only one that doesn’t evolve with the other lynels.

so I am going to get Lynel weapons so I looked it up and yeah this is what I found
the one in akkala is a silver lynel not blue and its the one west of the telescope i cant remember the name of it
You’re also missing the blue maned Lynel by the Aldor foothill’s there is also a Hinox just a little further up as well.
