The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind First Gameplay Trailer, New Screenshots
Bethesda has released the first gameplay trailer for ESO: Morrowind, as well as some new screenshots. The expansion is coming out on June 6th for all major platforms, and includes a new zone, player class and 4v4v4 PvP mode.
After the announcement trailer from earlier this month, we got the first gameplay trailer for ESO: Morrowind. The new expansion for Bethesda’s MMO brings us a mix of the familiar and new. Elder Scrolls fans are delighted to go back into the world of Morrowind and revisit their adventures, as well as explore the additional content.
On top of the old Morrowind, players will get a whole new area called Vvardenfell to uncover. They’ll also get to try out a new class, the Warden. Of course, there’ll be new adventures, a brand new main story, and a lot more. Overall, it should add up to well over 30 hours of stuff to do. You can check out the full gameplay trailer below.
The story in this expansion revolves around saving Morrowind from a meteor. It’s going to crash into Vivec City, and you must restore a demigod’s powers in order to stop it. This all happens 700 years before Elder Scrolls III, so there’s no telling how different the setting will be.
As far as the screenshots go, the image above depicts the new class, the Warden, sporting glowing green wings. The other screenshots are below.
The first two screenshots showcase a shot of the Ash Lands, and meeting a character in Balmora.
In the first screenshot here, you can see the new class Warden fighting a Centurion. The other one showcases another battle with a team member.
These two screenshots picture more battles against various monsters, both with and without partners.
Here, we see a battle against a Netch. The second screenshot showcases one of the Warden using a Swarm spell.
Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind comes out on June 6th for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and you can pre-order already.
