Ariana Grande's Character Arrives to Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
A character based on Ariana Grande’s costume from the Dangerous Woman video is finally arriving to Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. The new unit comes along with a new song to grace the soundtrack, a remix of Grande’s Touch It. It’s a glorious day for both fans of the famous pop singer and the popular JRPG series.
The collaboration was announced recently, when Grande shared the sprite sheet of her character on Twitter. The collaboration event will end on February 2nd, so you’d better hurry if you wish to take part.
In order to get the character, named Dangerous Ariana, you’ll have to complete the Dangerous Woman Tour event stage on easy difficulty. Once you do, you’ll be able to complete other challenges related to the event, which will grant you some equipment and weapons she can equip.
That’s not all – in order to get you pumped up for the event, Square Enix have published a remix of Grande’s hit song Touch It. There’s a pretty video to go along with it, and you’ll get to hear the song in the game as well. It will only be there for the duration of the event, though.
Here’s what Grande had to say about the project:
It is an honor for my Pixel Art character and for my music to be included in the new Final Fantasy Brave Exvius game, a mainstay in the Japanese pop culture, which I absolutely adore.
A woman of few words, but her actions speak louder than any speech ever could. You can download Final Fantasy Brave Exvius for free from Google Play or iTunes, although it does come with microtransactions, and it favors those who pay, obviously. It’s a throwback to the olden days of FF, when battles were turn based and you could count the pixels on the screen.
