Tesham Mutna Armor | Witcher 3 Blood and Wine

Tesham Mutna Armor is a new outfit in The Witcher 3: Blood & Wine. It’s a heavy armor set which requires you to be at least level 39.

Wearing more than 3 pieces at a time will give you a vampiric aura, allowing you to heal yourself by killing enemies. In this guide, we’re going to show you how to get Tesham Mutna armor in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.

Tesham Mutna Armor Location

The armor can be found in Tesham Mutna Ruins, in the southern part of the map, during the main quest La Cage Au Fou. You can pick up all 6 pieces while you follow Regis through the dungeons. As you enter the building and descend the first circular stairwell, loot the chest Regis leans on, next to the door. You’ll find the armor, trousers and steel sword inside.

After you go down the stairs next to the hanging cages, examine the chest by the door, on the right. It should contain the mask and boots.

Finally, the gauntlets can be obtain in the corridor with the cells. Look for a strongbox on a shelf in the wall, on the left after the second cell.

Tesham Mutna Armor Set Stats

This heavy armor set provides the player with a lot of protection. Apart from the high piercing, slashing, bludgeoning and monster damage resistances (25-30% each from the chest piece alone), each piece grants 25% protection from a more specific form of damage, like burning or bleeding. Here is the set bonus it provides:
  • 3/6 pieces: killing opponents restores vitality. The restored amount is 1% of your max vitality for every piece you’re wearing, with a maximum of 6%.

    You can just unequip the mask ,you only need 3 pieces of the armor to use its ability

    There should be an option to hide the mask! One of Witcher 3’s trademarks are the expressions on the faces of the characters in conversation. Especially Geralt.

    Love this armor, only one problem that bugs me:if you start New game+ you have all pieces of it except for the mask.
