Phoenix Credits Guide | The Division
Phoenix Credits are a high level currency in The Division. They’re the third and most rare form of money in the game, used solely for buying the finest equipment.
The second Special Gear vendor is at the top of the stairs in the Tech Wing in the Base of Operations. He doesn’t sell cosmetic items but you’ll find purple and yellow gear items and blueprints.
In this guide, we’re going to tell you everything we know about Phoenix Credits in The Division, how to earn them and where to spend them.
How to earn Phoenix Credits
The developers claim you won’t be able to buy this currency using real money, so it won’t become a pay-to-win mechanism. You’ll have to earn it through your own hard work. According to data miners, Phoenix Credits will be one of the rewards for:- Daily Challenges – When you hit level 30, daily missions will unlock as white circles on your map. You can complete 3 daily missions per day. Daily missions on Hard mode reward 15 Phoenix Credits, while Challenging difficulty mode rewards 20 Phoenix. You’ll need a good gear for these missions.
- Completing some missions on Challenging difficulty mode rewards you with 30 Phoenix, but only once. We still don’t know if you’ll be able to repeat these challenging modes weekly.
- You can get a handful before you’ve even started the game. Go to Ubisoft Club and exchange some Uplay credits for 30 Phoenix Credits
- Incursions once those go live
- Killing Dark Zone Named Enemies after you reach lvl 30
