As you leave the first camp in Mountain Village you can see several houses ahead.

The large structure above on the cliff is the house you need to reach.

Get to the other house from here (you can go across some rocks on the left)

Once on that house cross the roof with your goal being that staircase you can see straight ahead on this screenshots.

Once you reach the staircases do not climb up that right staircase, but go into the dark behind those barrels on the left.

Behind them you will find the Relic.

Rotate it to discover extra information.
