I’m pretty sure it requires you to look trough the panel from the other side and line up the palm trees 🙂
Pretty sure this one is actually lining up with the palm trees behind you, not some weird angle on the rocks that you already used. If you go to the other side of the puzzle panel and get very close to it it lines up perfectly with the palm trees and their reflections.
The last one has nothing to do with the rocks, it’s the trees on the other side of the panel
