When you come to the point of the mission where you should shut down the Ceph Defense Battery Bravo, you will come across the head of the Statue of Liberty. Datapad is located inside the head.

During the main objective where you should shut down the Ceph Defense Battery Bravo, you will get a secondary objective “Provide combat support to the rebel mortar unit“. When you reach the waypoint of the secondary objective, check out ammo crates next to smashed tank. Datapad is located on one of them.

Near the waypoint of the secondary objective “Clear the Mines Around the Rebel ICV” you will come across a crashed airplane. Datapad is located inside the airplane.

Keep going on the left side of the map from Defense Battery Bravo to Defense Battery Charlie and you will find a huge mine field and a crashed helicopter. Datapad is located inside the helicopter.

At the end of the mission after the fight with Ceph Mastermind, in the upper left corner of the map you will find a datapad on a ammo crate.
