Paintjob Beta Issue Solution | COD: Black Ops 3

Paintjobs are a way to customize your weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The new system allows you to apply colored shapes to your guns in 64 layers, on both sides, letting you create a truly unique weapon. There have been some problems with the system, though. In this guide, we’re going to show you how to solve common paintjob issues in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

Disappearing Paintjob

Some players have reported their paintjobs disappearing from their guns. The game still shows them in the gunsmith section, but they don’t appear on the gun. If this happens to you, there are a few things you could try:

• Restart the game, then apply the paintjob again.
• If the problem persists, restart the console, then equip it once more.

Some people even have to re-equip their skins for every match. Since this is only a beta, this problem will probably be fixed soon, but in the meantime, try the above if you’re having problems.
