This guide was fairly bloody useless… it doesn’t show the hidden cards, such as the ones in Temerian Hideout off Vernon Roche etc? The cards you’ve mentioned aren’t the rare ones at all… theyre the common sense ones? I’ve literally spent days trying to find my last card in Velen and 2 more in Skellige… its killing me help!
If you have cards mentioned in gwent book it means there are some quest related cards, or some that you can buy from innkeepers or merchants. For me it was much harder to find those common than rare cards. Ten last cards i have found was from random players such as merchants or innkeepers and all of them was common

There are miss-able cards within the game’s continuity; you could’ve squandered the chance within your save.
