The Witcher 3 Sex Scenes
Sex scenes are going to play a big role in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Keeping in line with the novels and the previous games, the developers from CD Projekt RED are planning a fair amount of sexual encounters for Geralt.
But the sex isn’t going to be just thrown into the mix for the sake of it.
If you give her the rowan flower, you’ll get the first scene.
The second scene, with a twist, is unlocked by offering her booze (mead or brandy) instead.
Writer Jakub Szamalek claims they are working hard to make sure the erotic scenes are interwoven with the story. “It’s not just because: it serves as a tool to tell a story between characters and give another dimension to the relationship we are portraying” he added.
“We make mature games, for mature players and sex is, well, a part of adult life”, says level designer Miles Tost. Romantic relationships and casual sex will serve a narrative purpose in the game – they are there to breathe life into the characters even further. Tost believes the important part is to not use the sex to sell the game: “As long as you remain tactful in what you do, as long as you have a legitimate reason to put sex in your game, I think it’s quite safe to do so.”
The approach will be similar to the one in the previous game. After taking flak for the sex cards in the first game, the developers realized what they needed to do is make the sex look real. “We don’t want to make fakes, we want to show stuff like it is in real life. The most important for us is to achieve the huge immersion of the player in the game.” says game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, adding that they are trying very hard not to break player immersion with the sex scenes.
Large amounts of work have gone into this aspect of the game on every level – the mo-cap session alone produced 16 hours of footage that was then tailored into the game’s many erotic scenes.
Sex with Shani – Hearts of Stone expansion
In the Hearts of Stone expansion, Shani appears after years of absence. Naturally, Geralt has the option of rekindling the flame during a quest called A Midnight Calm. There are two scenes with Shani, and which one you’ll get depends on which item you give her.If you give her the rowan flower, you’ll get the first scene.

Sex With Yennefer And Triss
If you try to end up in a threesome with Triss and Yennefer, you will fail miserably. The quest “Now or Never” will give you a chance to confess your love to Triss. You’ll get a chance to do the same with Yennefer during “The Last Wish”. If you tell them both you love them, you’ll end up with neither, but will be rewarded with the following cinematic.Sex with Prostitute

Weird, I didn’t get the scene with Yennefer you posted.
However I did get one with her in Skellige, during the King’s wake, on the white unicorn.
Dude, I believe that’s the one you get after you’ve told her you love her in her personal quest, once you’ve got to Kaer Morhen. If you didn’t do her personal quest or tell her you love her, you wouldn’t have got that scene.
Gays I have the sex scenes in the game but the there is a problem, I don’t know how solve it, the all horns are not completely naked, they are still wearing bra or covering their tits, so how can fix this ….
It is a culture thing when it comes to how much they actually show, cjm. It is a rather well-known premise that women don’t care much for sex scenes and I would imagine 95% (probably higher) of the players of Witcher 3 are males… So of course they gonna only show the female privates…
Pathetic. I don’t honestly see the whole point in sex scenes. I know they wanted to look more lively, but you don’t need to make him a whore. At the same time, you shouldn’t make I look like women are only good for sex. You know what really upsets me about the whole sex scene is? They are so eager and willing to show off the girl: her breasts and butt. Surprisingly thy didnt show more if you know what I mean. Yet when it comes to Geralt, you can’t show anything except him shirtless? I know there is a scene where you can tell he is naked, but for f*cks sake. If you can show a girls tits, how about you grow the balls and show the man’s penis? I don’t want to see this at all, but come on. Show some of the man off too if you do it with the women aswell. If they wanted to make it more lively like they said they wanted, they should show off the man more or showing nothing of both genders.
He was like that in the books, it’s not the game’s fault. The book sex scenes were never special, the book never displayed actual sex, there was no description of Geralt, only how his partner looked like and what he did. (You probably didn’t even know that the games are based on a series of books by Andrzej Sapkowski, didn’t you?) You think Geralt is a manwhore? Imagine playing as Dandelion. He probably fucked most of the kingdom’s women (I think he even did one male shapeshifter) , while being married to a countess in the books. Listen, most of Polish people playing this game have read the books. I think that we would cause a major negative response if they did something that wasn’t in the books and makes the story different. Hell, I’m pretty mad that Ciri is inaccurate. She didn’t have white hair, she had beige blond with white streaks after she had the incomplete Witcher training. But ok, I get that they needed her to be more recognizable as a Witcher. Geralt’s haircut is inaccurate too. He had a headband that he favored and felt down when Yennefer took him to a party and made him leave the headband behind. The headband is nowhere to be found in the games. And the Triss romance? She understood that Geralt is in love with Yennefer. Hell, Ger and Yen were basically married. They adopted Ciri and were like actual parents to her, for fuck’s sake. Triss was a SMART woman, she wouldn’t ruin somebody’s relationship that has a CHILD because Geralt slept with her ONCE. Hell, she’s not even showed in the books a lot! Another thing about Triss: she had scars on her chest. She magically removed them but the image caused her to never wear a dress with a deep collar, so I don’t get her outfit. These are a few minor differences, they don’t make me furious, but they do piss me off at times. Imagine if Geralt’s ENTIRE PERSONALITY changed, because people like you are: oh look he’s a manwhore, I don’t like that, change it. Geralt knew that he couldn’t make a functioning family. He was fertile, and people were uneasy with him around, he was treated no different than a vermin. He fell in love with Yennefer, but guess what. She wasn’t interested in him at all at first. In fact, she used him to get her goal. When he heard that Yennefer is nearby on a mission, he felt like a schoolboy. He rescued her, and she began developing positive feelings towards him. Not romantic, but positive. He screwed some women during his separation from Yennefer (her choice) but after they reunited, he stayed faithful to Yennefer until his supposed death and even the afterlife. actual sex scenes themselves, I do agree that we need variety. That is why I actually prefer the sex cards from the first game.

What’s the point? Almost all the sex scenes are identical and the unique ones aren’t that great. Some have a few seconds of something different at the start of a sex scene but then it’s back to the same old thing for the rest of it. All those hours of mocap they claimed to have done (around 16 hours I think it was claimed) yielded next to nothing. Pissed they didn’t even include any purely romantic scenes without sex…a kiss here..a tender moment in each others arms out in the wilds, a shared bath washing each other down…a touching note..something else! Ugh, disappointed! Won’t even bother with this Iron Maiden, after watching it – just shows it’s exactly the same scene you get from the whores in Novigrad. Blergh.

Don’t forget winning the Gwent Tournament and splitting the winnings. There’s also a babe in Skellige that you can romance. Defeat her in combat (without using signs, bombs, crossbow, etc.). Neither can be recruited as support for the battle of Kaer Morhen. Both scenes use standard animations, nothing special.
