The speed of attacks is one of the biggest reasons to use it. The damage scales great with Skill and Arcane, and not so great with Bloodtinge. You will need at least 10 Bloodtinge to use it.
Where To Find Reiterpallasch
After you awaken at the lamp, go left and enter the castle through the giant wooden door. You’ll find yourself in a lobby with a giant staircase. There is a chest in the far right corner of the room. This is where the Reiterpallasch is.
