Then, what you have to do next is to navigate to where CoD MW3 is installed on your PC. You are looking for a specific folder. By default, it can be found in \Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty\_retail_\xpak_cache. The trick is to rename this xpak_cache folder to anything else. Once you have done that, restart the game. It should work as intended now.
