After Arno’s been framed for murdering De La Serre, he gets arrested. After the cutscene you’re in prison, where, in order to continue with the story, you need to get close to your cell bed and go to sleep.

This will trigger a cutscene, after which you will have to fight one of the prisoners. When you defeat him, use eagle vision to discover some encrypted info on the wall. After the cutscene, hide behind a pillar next to the cell door, so you can take down one of the guards using stealth.
Hide behind this pillar to stealth kill one of the guards.
After the cutscene, follow Bellec, one of the prisoners. Bellec will unlock a door while you fight guards. This part will help you practice combat and parrying attacks. Once he unlocks the door just keep following Bellec across the prison walls as you attempt escape.

Once you enter the building, there will be a door with 5 guards attacking you and Bellec. After defeating them, keep following Bellec up the walls to make your escape by jumping from the ledge.
Use Leap of Faith here, following Bellec’s example.
After the cutscene use Eagle vision to find the house you need to enter to find Elise and to finish this memory. After the cutscenes, you can roam Paris a bit, we used this opportunity to climb Notre-Dame to synchronize.
