The problem is that you might not know what some of the stats do. In the list below, I’ll explain what each attribute means.

  • HP – Health points, aka how much health you have. If you reach zero, you fall unconscious.
  • MP – Mana points, aka how many magic spells and artifacts you can use.
  • Stamina – How many things you can do before getting tired. Farming, fishing, crafting, mining and cooking all take away Stamina.
  • Spirit – Increases your damage using magical spells and your defense against magic attacks.
  • Stance – Increases your damage using weapons and your defense against physical attacks.
  • Willpower – Increases your general defense ability.
  • Divinity – Increases your power of perception. In practical terms, that means it increases your damage, your chances of critical hits, and slightly increases your chances of finding more / better items.

How to Increase Attributes in Immortal Life

There are several different ways you can increase your player stats or attributes in Immortal Life. Obviously, the first thing is the choice between Willpower and Divinity at the very start. After you unlock paper cranes, be sure to check every message you get. Every so often, they will give you an item that you can use to raise your stats. You’ll mostly get those from Mengqing and Yang.

Next, eat every Lingzhi mushroom you collect or get as a present from NPCs. Water Lingzhi raise your MP and Fire Lingzhi increase your Stamina. Last, but absolutely not least, go to the lectures you schedule once you rebuild the Lecture Hall. Each class you attend will raise your attributes.
