Keep running to the exclamation point to trigger the next memory. Your next objective is to get to the office of De La Serre which is just upstairs to finally drop the letter.

Once the cutscene ends, you’ll find yourself in Versailles courtyard, and you need to infiltrate the castle. Follow the green marker, avoid guards using eagle eye vision and climb one of the two opened windows on the first floor.
Infiltrate the palace through the openned window to the left.Once you’re inside, you have to find Elise. In the next room you’ll find two guards. Wait for them to look through the window and pass behind them. Keep using the furniture to hide behind and use eagle vision to see which direction they’re facing, so you can pass without being detected. When you enter the room with 3 tables and 1 guard, keep hiding behind tables and jump to the opened window on the balcony. Jump the ledge and you’ll reach the ball room.
The guard will roam, just watch his movements and escape through the balcony.You’ll find Elise here, just follow her. After the cutscene, your next objective will be to sneak out of the palace, there are several rooms with guards. Keep low, behind furniture and move behind guards back until to reach the courtyard, where you’ll witness De La Serre being murdered.
