So, the first method is to explore the dungeon until you run into Berith’s shop. This NPC sells all kinds of unique outfits, and the maid dress is one of them. Option number 2, aka the Reddit one, is earning the outfit by sweeping a whole bunch of poop. Apparently, you need a high-level broom to achieve that in any meaningful amount of time.
