How to Get Wooden Rod in Lego Fortnite
If you want to know how to get a Wooden Rod in Lego Fortnite, you’ve come to the right place. While it does take some doing, it’s not overly difficult, so don’t worry. You just have to unlock a specific work station first; that’s most of the work. And it’s worth it, because the Rods are necessary to make your first weapons, as well as another machine. Here’s what needs to happen.
How to Get Wooden Rod in Lego Fortnite
To get a Wooden Rod in Lego Fortnite, you have to go through a few steps. It’s fairly simple, but it will take some time and effort. First off, make a campfire. That only takes three Wood, so no problems there. Next, make a Crafting Station (three Wood and five Granite). This should then unlock the Lumber Mill under the Stations part of the section of the Utility part of the crafting menu. That’s what you need to make next, for eight Wood and fifteen Granite. Like i said, it takes some grinding, but it’s nothing too bad. However, make sure to put it under some kind of shelter, because it refuses to work in the rain.
Once you have the Lumber Mill up and running, the next step to get the Lego Fortnite Wooden Rod is to gather more wood. Interact with the Lumber Mill to use it. Be sure to select the Wooden Rod instead of the Planks in the menu. Feed wood into the mill by pressing the “Plus” button in the upper left and wait for the process to finish. That’s all there is to it. You don’t have to stay in the mill menu while it does, by the way. By the way, don’t forget that you’ll need five Wooden Rods to make a Shortsword on the Crafting Bench. How to Use Wooden Rods?
You use Wooden Rods in Lego Fortnite as a crafting material, of course, in many different recipes. These range from the humble Shovel (three Rods and one Plank) and the above-mentioned Shortsword, to the Recurve Crossbow (five Rods and one Cord) and the Spinning Wheel (five Rods, eight Planks, five Wood and five Wolf Claws), which turns raw Wool and Silk into their respective Threads. We’ll add more items here as we discover them. By all means, feel free to write in your own recipes that include Wooden Rods in the comments below. I’m sure there are some that we’ve probably missed, and maybe more still in future updates.
