Missing Moonstones as Founders in Disney Dreamlight Valley

If you are missing 2,000 Moonstones as a founder in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you are not alone. Disney Dreamlight Valley is now officially out of early access, and new players will be able to buy one of the several new editions of the game. Missing Moonstones Bonus as Founders in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Let’s not beat around the bush here. It seems that currently, many players are missing some or all of their rewards. Be it a founder’s edition bonus, the Gold Edition cosmetics, or those who have purchased the Cozy Edition. The most common issues currently is that players are missing their 2,500 Moonstones as a founder in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

“Does anyone know how many moonstones we are actually supposed to get with the expansion and the gold edition? I only received 2,500 for getting the gold edition free as a founder, but it shows way more on the expansion pass page,” says Discord user AmandaKS87. And she’s just one of many with the same issue.

Unfortunately, if you are missing any of the items, there’s not much you can do. The best course of action here is to report the issue officially to Gameloft Support. Explain to them exactly what you are missing and what edition of the game you have bought. Hopefully, they will be able to help you and you will eventually get your Moonstones bonus. For now, that’s all we can say. Nevertheless, we will follow the situation closely and update the article as soon as some new information appears.
