How to Unlock Homelander MK1
If you want to know how to unlock Homelander in MK1, as well as the release date of Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1 and who will voice the character, you’re in the right place. In this guide, we are going to share all the information we have on the subject. Let’s get right into it!
MK1 Homelander Release Date
The release date of Homelander in MK1 or Mortal Kombat 1 is currently unknown. The most we know is that he’ll join the roster at some point in the spring of 2024, same as Ermac. That’s not to say that both of them will unlock on the same day, quite the opposite; I’m pretty certain that they will launch at different dates, and each will come with a Kameo character. Which one, we just don’t know at this point. We’ll have to wait and see. It could be Ferra, Janet Cage, Mavado or Khameleon. And can I just say, these are certainly some… interesting choices.
How to Unlock Homelander Mortal Kombat 1
To unlock Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1 or MK1, you have to get Kombat Pack 1. It comes with the Premium Edition of the game, along with a few other items. If you got the Standard Edition, then you’ll have to buy the pack separately, for a truly brutal forty dollars. That’s more than a half of the price of the Standard Edition. Good grief. Anyways, however you get your hands on Kombat Pack 1, all you have to do then is wait for the character to unlock. That’s it; there’s nothing else you have to do, like complete a specific task before you can play as Homelander.
Who Will Voice Homelander in MK1?
We don’t know for certain who is going to voice Homelander in MK1, and we’ll have to wait for the character to unlock before we know for certain. However, I think it’s most likely going to be the incredible Antony Starr reprising the role. What do I base this on? Well, the other two non-MK characters are voiced by their respective actors. That’s John Cena doing Peacemaker and J. K. Simmons voicing Omni-Man. That’s to say nothing of the high-level voice actors doing other characters (and also Megan Fox, because they can’t all be winners). There’s no reason why they wouldn’t get Starr for Homelander.
