The mid-season update has just landed in Call of Duty mobile, bringing with it a host of new events and seasonal challenges. And while most of the themed events and challenges are centred around Halloween, there some more standard thing, focused more on new weapons and other gameplay elements. One of the new seasonal challenges will unlock you the new HS0405 Thunder Rounds Signature Attachment for the HS0405. To claim this signature attachment, you will need to complete the following challenge: “Eliminate 10 enemies with any shotgun with the Gung-Ho Perk”. Sounds easy enough and rather straightforward. However, it seems that there’s currently a bug which prevents players to claim this attachment despite completing the challenge.
“I’ve completed the gung ho challenge, and it’s not unlocked,” says Reddit user Human-Yogurtcloset42. “I can’t even use the trial load out to get it.” And he’s just one of many players with the same problem. This glitch is particularly troublesome as you will need COD Mobile Thunder Rounds in order to complete one of the event challenges, which says: “Play 1 Match with the HS0405 equipped with the Thunder Rounds”. As we can see, many players are unable to get the attachment. Hence, they are not able to complete this event challenge. Currently, it seems that some players were able to claim the attachment, but they still can not equip it. For now, that’s all we know.
