The launch day of Assassin’s Creed Mirage is just around the corner, as fans are slowly getting anxious while waiting to finally play the new AC game. That’s reasonable, though, as this is the first new Assassin’s Creed game in three years – since Valhalla’s release in November 2022. And if you want to jump right into the action the moment the game launches, you will probably want to preload the game. However, we are now just three days away from release, and AC Mirage is still not available for pre-load. So, when will you be able to pre-load Assassin’s Creed Mirage? It has been officially confirmed that AC Mirage pre-load will start exactly 48 hours ahead of the game’s official release. Given that the game launches at midnight local time on all platforms, Assassin’s Creed Mirage pre-load will start on Tuesday, October 3rd, at midnight your local time, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X|S, and Epic Games (PC).

How to Preload Assassin’s Creed Mirage on PlayStation (PS4 & PS5)

If you have ever done it before, you’ll probably know very well that preloading a game via the PlayStation Store is a rather straightforward process. Nevertheless, if you don’t have prior experience or if you need a reminder, simply follow the instructions below step-by-step:

  • Open your library from the PlayStation home screen.
  • Select “Purchased” games.
  • Look for Assassin’s Creed Mirage and select it.

  • Push the Download button.
  • Your PlayStation will start downloading AC Mirage.
  • The console must remain turned on or in standby mode while the game is being downloaded.
