In order to use Character Tickets in MHA Ultra Rumble, you first need to obtain them. You can do this by getting Hero Souls, which is a special in-game currency that you earn via the game’s gacha system. To get a Character Ticket, you’re going to need 300 Hero Souls.

There are other characters that you can also get in My Hero Ultra Rumble. To unlock them, go into your Licence tab. From there, go to Special.
