You will find the Jeweled Cryptic Vessel in Chapter 6. Specifically, it is located in Estella Opera House, near the entrance zone. Pass the flaming chandelier and drop down. When down, enter the tunnel to your right. Then, turn left up the stairs and then immediately left again up another set of stairs. Now, turn right and reach the room at the end of the hall. In this dimly lit room, you’ll find a ladder and, atop it, a chest with the Jeweled Cryptic Vessel.
