To reach her, start from the Stargazer inside the house in Elysion Boulevard. It’s near the Wandering Merchant. From the Stargazer, head right, then hang a right again on the balcony and walk across the plank. Keep going in that direction, across the metal rooftop, then turn left and run past the red butterfly and across the narrow metal part. Go left and through the hole in the wall, then proceed right and out of the room. Stand on the platform on your left. That shadow in the window is the Weeping Woman.
