Where to Find Thrumbo in Mystic Carrion Servant Baldur’s Gate 3

To find Thrumbo in the Find Mystic Carrion Servant quest in BG3 or Baldur’s Gate 3, you have to search in the vicinity of the house. Reminder if you’ve stepped away from the quest; the Mystic Carrion’s lair is in Philgrave’s Mansion; the exact coordinates are X: 12, Y: -161. That’s in the Lower City. Anyways, the creature will task you with finding its servant, Thrumbo. Well, what you need to do is head to the northeast, up the stairs and into the house. Inside, at the coordinates X: 57, Y: -119, you’ll find a wardrobe. That’s where Thrumbo is hiding. So, open the wardrobe and have a chat wit the errant servant. You’ll learn more about his situation. Afterwards, take him back.

And there you have it, that’s where to find Thrumbo in the Mystic Carrion Servant quest in Baldur’s Gate 3 or BG3, meaning you also find one BG3 Carrion Heart location. Now you can either choose to kill Thrumbo and cut out the heart, or you can choose to help him. You have to find the Ancient Lair in the sewers, which is in the passageway west of Undercity Ruins. In the Lair, you will find the Carrion’s brain and liver, which you should destroy, as well as a note that reveals the heart is in Thrumbo. Go back and tell him about it, and he will regurgitate the heart, allowing you to destroy it without murdering the poor sod.
