Pick up the item lying inside, place it into the slot it belongs in, and you’ll open a secret lab. Inside, you’ll find a bunch of broken lanterns and a dead pixie. You can combine the Broken Moonlantern with said pixie to repair it. Not that it’ll be necessary at all by this point, but you can always sell it, I suppose.
