What Does Transfer Do in Dave The Diver

Dave the Diver is a wonderous amalgam of various genres. It’s almost like Stardew Valley but in the ocean! However, one of the key gameplay aspects here will be to manage your business. And that business is a sushi restaurant. And what is a business without hardworking employees? Managing your workforce will be just one of many facets of your business. Employees work in different tiers. These are based on your current Cooksta rating. When you select to hire employees, you’ll see these three options:

  • $50 (Flyer Ad) – Hire personnel at the current social media rating level.
  • $150 (TV Ad) – Hire personnel at a level higher than the current social media rating.
  • $400 (Internet Ad) – Hire personnel at a level much higher than the current social media rating.

That’s all fine and dandy, but that doesn’t answer the question what does Transfer Staff Do in Dave The Diver? Well, in business, sometimes hard decisions need to be made. For example, firing someone who you don’t need anymore or is simply not performing as expected. And that’s exactly what the Transfer Staff option does in Dave The Diver. If you select Transfer option, you will fire that specific staff member. The word “transfer” here is just an euphemism for “lay off”. I hope this helps!
