Hunt Showdown Spawned with Enemies Bug, Tide of Shadows Update

Hunt Showdown’s unique PvEvP experience has become even more unique following the latest update. Namely, a number of players report that their spawning locations have become messed up after the Tide of Shadows update. Apparently, instead of spawning with their trio, players would instead randomly spawn with enemies instead. “I spawned in, but instead of with my trio, I was at another spawn point with enemies at it,” wrote Reddit user Janglur11. “I was shot in the back immediately without even knowing because I wasn’t looking at my screen. Thanks, Crytek.” And Janglur is far from being the only person with this strange experience. Check out this video by JustAnotherDannyNL, which he has shared on Reddit to demonstrate the bug:

As you can see, both the enemy trio and he were rather baffled by their peculiar situation. Amusingly enough, they choose not to shoot at him. Instead, they “accepted” him as their own. Unfortunately, not many players had this kind of luck with the bug, and they got eliminated on the spot. At the time of writing, we don’t know what causes this “spawned with the enemy trio” bug in Hunt Showdown. Currently, the developers are yet to acknowledge the issue. We will make sure to update the article once we have more information about the glitch. Did it happen to you as well? Share your experience in the comments!
