Alternatively, there’s another possible solution proposed by Reddit user xSh*tHappens. Apparently, this seems to be a proven working solution as well, as many other players confirmed that it had fixed the Valorant Episode 7 No Voice Lines issue for them. Here’s what you need to do:

• Find your Valorant installation folder. It should be something like “C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\”.
• Find this folder: “C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Windows\XAudio2_9\x64”
• Delete the .dll file called “xaudio2_9redist”
• Launch Valorant.
• When the game starts, it will inform you that there’s a new update available.
• Close the game, update it, launch it again, and the issue should be fixed!
