Eventide Island Shrine TOTK Seeking the Pirate Hideout
In our Eventide Island Shrine TOTK Seeking the Pirate Hideout guide, we are going to show you how to get to this shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and how to start and complete the associated side quest. This one is a bit tricky if you don’t go through the proper steps. If you don’t, you might even temporarily soft-lock the shrine. So, follow the guide and you’ll be fine.
How to Get to Eventide Island Shrine Tears of the Kingdom Seeking the Pirate Hideout
To get to the Eventide Island Shrine in the Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, you first have to pick up the Seeking the Pirate Hideout side quest. You get that from an NPC called Sesami, and he’s chilling at a red tent at these coordinates: 4515, -3501, 0001. Sesami will point out three bandit camps that you have to clear out. These are easy to find and you will get markers on the map, so we are not going to waste time on them. After you kill all the monsters in all three camps, report back to Sesami. He will point out a fourth location on the map, which seems like it wants you to go to these coordinates: 4751, -3792, 0110.
Where you actually need to go to the Eventide Island Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom or TOTK in Seeking the Pirate Hideout is just below that cliff. So, hop off and glide down and back into the cave, around these coordinates: 4738, -3772, 0033. There’s a huge pirate ship inside, with a giant, horned skull on the bow. You can’t miss it. Defeat all the monsters and a gate in the cave is going to open. Go to the following coordinates: 4667, -3733, 0019 and use the wooden boards to build a bridge to the gate. Walk inside this cavern to find the Marari-in Shrine. There’s no puzzle inside the shrine itself, you just get the rewards. Go back to Sesami afterwards to complete the side quest.
