How to Make Veggie Cream Soup Tears of the Kingdom

To make the Veggie Cream Soup in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, you first need Rock Salt and Fresh Milk. As far as the former goes, you can get Salt by breaking ore deposits and rocks, or you can buy them from certain stores. Milk is pretty much only available in shops. One of the stores in Hateno Village sells both Rock Salt, Fresh Milk, and even some vegetables that can be used in making the Veggie Cream Soup. Speaking of vegetables, it seems like you can use any ole vegetable to complete a regular soup recipe, the one that returns a couple of hearts. However, you can (and should) use special vegetables to add an extra effect to the soup.

So, how can you make the Veggie Cream Soup in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom or TOTK more special? Well, using an Swift Carrot makes a soup that restores two hearts and also ups Link’s speed. A Sun Pumpkin will restore health you lost to Gloom. A Fortified Pumpkin makes your defense stronger. Then, there’s the Endura Carrot, which both makes the soup more potent (restores eight hearts instead of two) and gives Link more stamina. So, yeah, go through the vegetables you have and find the one that suits your current needs best. If you have any other recipes for the Veggie Cream Soup, let us know in the comments below.
