Zelda TOTK Ember Armor Set Locations
In our Zelda TOTK Ember Armor Set Locations guide, we are going to show you where to find and how to get all three pieces of this set in Tears of the Kingdom: the trousers, shirt and headdress. They are pretty tricky to find, because they’re hidden in different caves all across Eldin, the land of Gorons. Plus, each cave is a little puzzle of its own. So, here’s where you need to go and what to do.
Zelda TOTK Ember Armor Trousers Location
To find the Ember Armor Trousers in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, you need to go into Cephla Lake Cave. This is on the western bank of the lake, and its exact coordinates are 2596, 1329, 0152. At the entrance, you can speak to two NPCs to start a side quest. More importantly, they talk about “having the nose of a dog” and implying that you should bribe a dog with food to find the treasure. Yeah, well, we don’t have time for that. Instead, just use Ultrahand to pull out the chest circled below. Open it to get the special trousers and be on your merry way.
Where to Find Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Ember Armor Shirt
To find the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom or TOTK Ember Armor shirt, head to these coordinates: 1418, 2106, 0286. This is down the road leading south from Goron City, and it’s a cave called Goronobi River Cave. Go inside, hop across the lava and open the chest. Then, turn around and use the floating platforms to jump back across and to your left. Follow the cavern to the multi-pronged lavafall. Jump onto one of the platforms and use Recall to make it go backwards. Jump onto terra firma and kill the wormlike creature.
Next, jump onto one the floating platforms on your right and let them carry you until you see the place shown in the screenshots below. Jump off and climb up into the hole to find the chest with the Ember Shirt. One more to go.
How to Get Zelda TOTK Ember Headdress
To get the Headdress of the Zelda TOTK Ember Armor set, go to the coordinates 1712, 2716, 0403. You guessed it, it’s another cave. Defeat the enemies lurking in the cavern, then destroy the rocks on the north wall. This will reveal another, smaller room with everything you need to build a vehicle that can drive through the small lake of lava. So, do just that. On the other end, you’ll find the chest in which the Headdress is. All in all, it’s a fun little romp, getting this armor. Is it worth the hassle? Well, the protection it grants is pretty nice, and it looks cool, too.
