How to Unlock Gerudo Town Shop Door Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
In our How to Unlock Gerudo Town Shop Door Zelda Tears of the Kingdom guide, we are going to show you how to get into the locked shop. You have to get creative here, since there’s no way to get in from any angle above ground. Now, underground, that’s a whole different thing. Here’s the plan.
How to Unlock Gerudo Town Shop Door in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To unlock the locked shop door in Gerudo Town in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you actually need to break into the place. Oh, not by using force or anything like that. No, you have to use your powers and a little imagination. First off, put a pin in the store’s location on the map. Then, head to the northwest of the shop and find one of the waterfalls going underground (as shown in the first image below). Hop in and go down the tunnel until you see the wall of cracked rock on your left. Use your weapons (like a sword with a boulder fused to it) to break the wall, then another, and another, and a few more. Be prepared to sacrifice a weapon or three.
The next step to unlock the Gerudo Town locked shop door in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is to keep going down this path until you come to a room with three stone pillars holding the roof up (second image). Those pillars are actually supporting the store’s floor. You’re right beneath it, and you have an ability that lets you rise up through solid matter. So, select Ascend and pop through the floor. The owner, Greta, will be very surprised, but won’t raise the alarm. In fact, she’ll let you unlock the door from the inside by breaking the box holding it shut. And is it all worth the trouble? Well, the store sells Sand Boots, Snow Boots, and the Desert Voe armor set for heat resistance (not the same as lava resistance). So, yes, absolutely.
