Now that Honkai Star Rail has been officially released, millions of players from all over the world are flocking to the game to see if it can repeat the magic – and success – of Genshin Impact. And while players are definitely enjoying the game so far, there is an issue that is nagging many of them. Namely, the fact that the black bottom bar – the one that informs you of what some of the most important keybindings in the game are – is constantly there. It is taking up a large portion of the screen, and it doesn’t need to be there all the time. So is there anything you can do to somehow remove it? Honkai Star Rail Turn Off Bottom Black Bar Issue, Remove Keybind Tips Problem

We have tried a lot of things to turn this off. We tried going through all of the relevant options in the Settings, fiddling around with the game’s resolution, as well as googling to see if anyone has figured out a way to disable the black bottom bar. Sadly, though we tried everything we could think of, we were unsuccessful in turning this off. This most likely means that these keybind tips can’t be turned off.

We understand that this is very irritating and that you are no doubt tired from having to stare at them for hours on end, but as of right now – there doesn’t appear to be anything that you can do to make the black bar go away. Hopefully, developer miHoYo are going to remove this on their end soon. In the meantime, if you have figured out a method to remove these, please share it with us in the comments.
