Developed by the same studio behind Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail takes place in an exciting science fiction setting. While this differentiates GSR from the fantasy trappings of GI, both games also feature many similarities. For one, they are both RPG gacha games. Not to mention, they are both populated with loads of vivid and fun characters. Though, like practically every game, HSR also has its fair share of possible issues. One of these comes in the form of getting stuck on the train screen and not being able to play it. How to Fix Honkai Star Rail Stuck on Loading Screen
The following methods depend on which gaming platform you are playing Honkai Star Rail on. Let’s start with the PC. First, make sure that you have enough disk space to install and run the game. You need at least 20 GB of available space on your HDD. Next, if Honkai Star Rail is not loading, the first thing to try here is to reboot your PC. After that, run your HSR launcher as Admin. Also, make sure that your internet connection is working properly. If it isn’t, turn off your internet router, wait for half a minute, and then turn it back on again and see if it works fine now. Finally, check to see if you have updated your drivers and whether or not there are any Windows updates that need installing.
As for mobile devices, the methods are pretty similar to the PC ones. So, start by rebooting the device. Once you have done that and if the problem is still persisting, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > All apps > Find the HSR app > Storage > Select the Clear cache and data option.
