As the task suggests, this dead drop is in the residential area on the new Ashika Island map. It’s the northeastern part of the map, with many private houses and yards. It will be tricky to spot it, as it is well hidden in one of the backyards. You will find this Dumpster Dead Drop in one of the smaller houses’ backyards.
