Where To Find The Waterway Dead Drop On Ashika Island in DMZ

The Warzone 2 DMZ Break Check mission is one of the new missions for the White Lotus faction. It was added as a part of the Season 2 update on February 15th, 2023. The first part of the mission requires players to locate “the car crash site near the Observatory”. This part of the mission is completed on the old Al Mazrah map. However, once we have the hard drive, we will need to extract it as it requires visiting the new extraction map – Ashika Island. Namely, the dead drop where we need to put the hard drive is located there. Hence, where is this DMZ Waterways Dead Drop on Ashika Island?

The entrance to the DMZ Waterways Dead Drop is at the Port Ashika point of interest. That’s the G6 coordinates on the new Ashika Island map, at the southwestern edge of the map. Check out our map below so that you know the exact location. Keep in mind that AI enemies heavily populate this area. Hence, you’ll need to head there well-prepared with your squad and eliminate them before reaching the dead drop. Once you get rid of them, it’s time to find the Dead Drop. Make your way through the waterway and head to the very end of it. You’ll find the dead drop on the right side, just behind the stone wall. Check our images below for more details.

“The exact location of the dead drop on the map of Ashika Island.” is wrong…

    1. Sorry, the map shows the entrance to the underground waterways, not the exact location of the dead drop. You’ll find the dead drop a bit further into the tunnel.
