Pokemon GO Rayquaza Breaking Swipe Attack
If you’re a Trainer that wants to get a Rayquaza with the Breaking Swipe attack in Pokemon GO and don’t know how to do that, we’re here to help. In this guide, we are going to show you how you can catch the sky serpent Pokemon with the super-powerful Charged Move. We will also cover the other details from the upcoming event that will introduce this version of Rayquaza.
How to Get Rayquaza with Breaking Swipe in Pokemon GO
To get a Rayquaza with the Breaking Swipe attack in Pokemon GO, you’ll have to hunt for it in five-star Raids from February 22nd at 10 AM local time to March 1st at 10 AM local time. That is the entire duration of the upcoming Primal Rumblings event, and a few days afterwards. Breaking Swipe is a Dragon-type Charged Attack. It has 50 power in Trainer battles, and it decreases your opponent’s Attack stat when used. In Gyms and Raids, it has 35 Power. Pretty dang solid, if you ask me. So, if you want to have a Rayquaza with a really powerful attack, you’d better be prepared by late February. As the date comes closer, we’ll be sure to prepare a separate Raid guide. Long story short – prepare your most powerful Ice Pokemon, or at least Fairy, Ground and Dragon.
And there you go, that’s how you can get a Rayquaza with the Breaking Swipe attack in Pokemon GO. While we’re on the subject, we should mention that the Primal Rumblings event is going to have some other fun Pokemon in Raids. Specifically, you can look forward to Mudkip, Treecko and Torchic in one-star Raids, Marshtomp, Grovyle and Combusken in three-star Raids, and Latios and Latias in Mega Raids. On top of that, there will also be Hoenn–themed stickers to get from spinning PokeStops and opening Gifts, Hoenn-themed Field Research Tasks “to earn items that will help you prepare for Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn – Global,” and more. So, mark your calendars, fellow Trainers!
