How to Get to Medical Floor 6 in Dead Space Remake

To reach Medical floor 6 in the Dead Space remake, you actually have to get to level 4 first. Or the fourth floor, if you will. Head to the west of the Security Station and through the corridor where you saw the guy bashing his head against the wall earlier. In the bottom middle of the area, you’ll find a section called Coolant Pipelines. In the dead end on the left of this part of the level, you’ll find a small elevator shaft that is a zero-gravity zone. You can use your thrusters to fly up the shaft. The opening to the sixth floor is partway to the top. Once you’re on level 6, you can use your newly-obtained clearance to open the door.

So, that’s basically all there is to it when it comes to how to reach floor 6 of Medical in the Dead Space remake. The elevator shaft is very easy to miss, and can therefore cause a lot of frustration. This is especially true for those of you that have been sweeping the fifth floor and have since been trying to figure out how to remove the debris blocking off the path to the sixth level. As far as we know, there’s nothing you can do to get to floor 6 that way. You have to go fly up the shaft. That is the only access point we know of. If there is another way in, let us know in the comments.
