How to Open Winterfest Presents in Fortnite

To unwrap and open the Winterfest 2022 presents in Fortnite, get to the main menu, the one where you set up for battle. Next, click on the snowflake at the top of the screen. This will take you to a menu in which you can see a lodge in the distance. Click the “Visit Lodge” button in the bottom right, and you’ll be inside the building. See that pile of presents in the middle of the floor? Yeah, that’s where you need to go. You can select one present to open each day. Pick one and then just complete the button prompt on the screen. After you’ve opened one present, you can still shake the others to help choose which one you want next.

And there you have it, that’s how you open the Winterfest 2022 presents in Fortnite. By the way, the reset is at 6:15 AM ET / 9:15 AM ET / 3:15 PM CET. By that, I mean that’s the time when you can open the next gift. Now, I think some of you might have already been to the lodge and haven’t been able to open them on Day 0. You could only shake them. That’s because, as far as we can tell, the developers added the whole menu before the presents unlocked. I assume they did so in order to let you explore the lodge and get used to the “mechanics” before opening presents. Whatever the case may be, you should be able to unwrap the gifts normally now.
