How to Get Assault Vest in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

There are two ways to get the Assault Vest in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The first way is to purchase it from the Delibird Presents shop in Mesagoza. It’s the one near the western gate to the town; northwest of the gate, to be more specific. Now, the item doesn’t become available for purchase until you’ve completed the entire game and seen the credits. In other words, you can buy it in the post game only. That’s drawback number one. Number two is that it costs a whopping fifty thousand Poke Dollars or whatever the currency is called. That is… pretty brutal, even that late in the game. Luckily, there’s another way to do it.

The second way to get the Assault Vest in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is to go to the south of the town of Porto Marinada. There, you’ll find a building that kinda looks like a big garage of sorts. You will know you’re there when you see several other people with their bikes parked in front. What you want to do next is go behind the garage. You’ll see a red beam of light next to the fence, signifying that it’s an item to pick up. You’ve guessed it; it’s the vest. That way, you can get it far earlier and cheaper than buying it from the store. The Vest is worth the trouble either way, since it increases the holder’s Sp. Def stat, at the cost of using status moves.
