How to Get Earthquake TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To get the Earthquake TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to go to the city of Cascarrafa, which is in the eastern corner of the Asado Desert. In the north part of the city, you’ll find a Pokemon Center. Near this Pokemon center, there’s a Battle League Representative wearing a spiffy suit. He is going to give you the Earthquake TM if and when you defeat five nearby Trainers. This is how all Battle League reps work in Paldea work, so there’s nothing unexpected here. Go and beat five Trainers, then report back to the rep to get the TM. From then on, you’ll be able to craft Earthquake at your leisure. It requires 12,000 LP, 3x Phanpy Tails, 3x Diglett Dirt and 3x Barboach Slime. Yeah, it’s not cheap.

There are many, many, many Pokemon that can use the Earthquake TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, but not all of them are as effective with it. So, which of them are the best to give Earthquake to?
