The issue here is that there’s two of them, and you only own one axe. Well, that’s where Freya’s newly-unlocked powers come into play. First off, freeze the plant on the left, since it’s closer. Keep aiming at the bulbs and command Freya to shoot an arrow at it. This will keep it frozen even when you pull the axe back.
